jlj4 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlj4 ("jlj4," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jlj4.cam. By accessing the jlj4 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wagering activity offered through jlj4, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, rules, policies, and guidelines set forth in this Agreement, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of jlj4 and must not create or continue to maintain an account. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of this Agreement. jlj4 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided to registered users via email or platform notification.

Access to and use of jlj4 services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under applicable Philippine gaming law. jlj4 employs identity verification procedures to confirm age compliance.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing jlj4 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jlj4 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Non-Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from jlj4 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• Employee Exclusion: You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a person employed by jlj4 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.

To access jlj4's gaming and betting services, you must register a single, personal account using accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You may hold only one (1) registered account on jlj4 at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, contact details, or devices — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number or email address and must complete identity verification (KYC) before making any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport).
• jlj4 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of address, source of funds, or a selfie with ID — at any point during the account lifecycle, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute fraud under Philippine law. jlj4 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in such circumstances.
• jlj4 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights or obligations arising from it to any third party.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlj4 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Never disclose your jlj4 password or OTP codes to any third party, including persons claiming to represent jlj4 customer support. jlj4 staff will never request your password.
• Notify jlj4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, compromise of your credentials, or any fraudulent activity within your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities, bets, and transactions conducted through your account, whether or not such activities were authorized by you, except in cases of proven unauthorized access that were promptly reported to jlj4.
• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other platforms, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings.

jlj4 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, login attempt monitoring, and device verification alerts. However, jlj4 cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

jlj4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable limits. The following terms govern all financial transactions on jlj4:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your jlj4 account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be placed on hold until KYC is fully completed. jlj4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal amounts.
• jlj4 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside jlj4's control.
• All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are borne by the Player.
• jlj4 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and related PAGCOR directives. Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

jlj4 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is communicated at the time of bonus issuance.
• jlj4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and jlj4 may at its sole discretion restrict or exclude a player from any promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim promotions, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, use of prohibited betting patterns, or collusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of bonuses and winnings, and permanent account closure.
• Free spins are valid only on the game(s) specified in the relevant promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting jlj4 support. Once a bonus is accepted and play has commenced under it, the bonus cannot be reversed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj4 platform. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Accessing jlj4 while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21
• Registering or operating more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party
• Using jlj4 for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with jlj4 in ways not intended for human users
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the jlj4 platform, including its games, payment systems, or security infrastructure
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing or cheating in relation to any game or bet offered on jlj4
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlj4 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Using third-party payment methods or routing funds through accounts not registered in your name

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, service marks, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, and other materials available on the jlj4 platform ("Content") are the exclusive property of jlj4 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jlj4 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of jlj4. Unauthorized use of jlj4's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

jlj4 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• jlj4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlj4's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to jlj4 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• jlj4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that jlj4 makes no guarantee of any gaming outcome. Participation in jlj4's games is at your sole risk and discretion.

jlj4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are available immediately from your account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jlj4 account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a period of your choosing without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from jlj4. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration specified at the time of request.

jlj4 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any account where we have reason to believe a player may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling — including but not limited to unusual deposit frequency, extended play sessions, or escalating bet sizes relative to account history. jlj4 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any associated funds or winnings, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Submission of fraudulent, forged, or misleading identity documentation
• Confirmed underage access or eligibility misrepresentation
• Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of system errors
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Direction from PAGCOR, law enforcement, or a court of competent jurisdiction

Where a valid balance exists in a properly verified account that is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct or regulatory direction, jlj4 will process a final withdrawal to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. jlj4 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be first addressed through jlj4's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit formal complaints to jlj4 support at [email protected]. jlj4 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within three (3) business days and issuing a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable under the terms of jlj4's operating license.

jlj4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file, or via an in-platform notification displayed upon login. The updated Terms will indicate the effective date of revision.

Your continued use of jlj4 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using jlj4 and may request account closure by contacting jlj4 support.
